Motion by non-party Community Housing Improvement Program, Inc. (CHIP), for leave to file an amicus curiae Memorandum of Law in support of a motion by respondent EMA Realty, LLC for renewal, on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 7, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the amicus curiae Memorandum of Law must be served upon the parties within 21 days of the date of this decision and order; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant, if so advised, may file a response to the amicus curiae Memorandum of Law within 14 days of the date that the amicus Memorandum of Law is served upon it.
