Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered January 19, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2019, the branch of the motion of the appellant pro se which was for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief was granted.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2019, as granted the branch of the motion of the appellant pro se which was for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is recalled and vacated, and the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
