Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 30, 2020. Motion by the respondent County of Nassau to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent County of Nassau to serve and file a brief via NYSCEF is extended until March 26, 2021, and the respondent County of Nassau shall file an original and five hard copies of its brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
