Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 24, 2015. Separate motions by the respondents pursuant to CPLR 1021 to dismiss the appeal for failure to substitute a personal representative of the estate of the deceased appellant-respondent Julio Cesar Cando.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 1021).
