| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 29, 2020. Motion by the appellants Jeffrey Adler and Adler Footcare of Greater New York, Inc. to stay enforcement of all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant Alex Tievsky to stay enforcement of all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions by each of the appellants and the respondent and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions by the appellants Jeffrey Adler and Adler Footcare of Greater New York, Inc., and the appellant Alex Tievsky are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief via NYSCEF is extended until March 29, 2021, and the respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the respondent's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
