| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 7, 2020. Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include certain material and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the record to include certain material and to extend the time to serve and file a brief are granted, on or before March 29, 2021, the respondent shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a respondent's brief and a supplemental record containing Nassau County NYSCEF Document Nos. 94, 105, 112, 130, 131, 141, and 142, and the respondent shall file originals and five hard copies of the respondent's brief and the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
