On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 19, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered October 27, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the phrase "dated October 27, 2018" and substituting therefor the phrase "rendered October 27, 2017."
