| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered July 30, 2018. By decision and order of this Court dated November 4, 2020, the motion of Andrew W. Sayegh, 615 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant was granted, and Bruce R. Bekritsky, 1551 Kellum Place, Mineola, NY 11501, was assigned as counsel to represent the appellant in connection with the appeal. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 23, 2020, Mr. Bekritsky was relieved, and Michael J. Borrelli, 650 Halstead Ave., Ste. 105, Mamaroneck, NY 10543, was assigned as counsel to represent the appellant in connection with the appeal.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Michael J. Borrelli is relieved of the assignment, and Andrew W. Sayegh, Bruce R. Bekritsky and Michael J. Borrelli are directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to perfect the appeal:

and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve a brief and upload digital copies of the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website is extended until April 27, 2021, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
