DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 2, 2020. Motion by Jack Piazza, as a counterclaim defendant-respondent, to extend the time to serve and file a brief and to amend the caption.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the caption is amended accordingly, on or before March 29, 2021, Jack Piazza, as a counterclaim defendant-respondent, shall serve a brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and Jack Piazza, as a counterclaim defendant-respondent, shall file an original and five hard copies of the respondents' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before March 29, 2021, the parties shall submit corrected covers for any copies of the record, supplemental record, and briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court which contain the corrected caption, and upload digital replacement copies of the record, supplemental record, and brief, which contain the corrected covers, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
