DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 31, 2019, and March 18, 2020, respectively. Motion by the respondents for leave to file a supplemental record. Separate motion by the appellants for an extension of time to comply with this Court's November 25, 2020, decision and order on motion directing the filing of a replacement record and a replacement brief with corrected covers.

Upon the papers filed in support of the respondents' motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellants' motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the respondents for leave to file a supplemental record is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the appellants for an extension of time to comply with this Court's November 25, 2020 decision and order on motion is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file the replacement record and a replacement brief with corrected covers via NYSCEF is extended until March 26, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the replacement record and a replacement brief with corrected covers in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
