Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 22, 2019. Motion by the respondents-appellants to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file the respondents-appellants' brief via NYSCEF is extended until March 31, 2021, and the respondents-appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the respondents-appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
