| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 25, 2020. By scheduling order dated November 9, 2020, Kamelia Poppe was directed to perfect her appeal within 60 days after the receipt of the transcripts of the minutes of the proceedings in the Supreme Court or, if there were no minutes of proceedings to be transcribed, within 60 days of the date of the scheduling order. The transcripts were filed on November 10, 2020. The appeal by Kamelia Poppe has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules and scheduling order of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2])
