Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated June 26, 2020. Separate motions by the third-party defendants-appellants to consolidate the appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, the third-party defendants-appellants' time to perfect the appeals is extended, and on or before April 30, 2021, the third-party defendants-appellants shall serve a record or appendix and brief for each appeal and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the third-party defendants-appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, for each appeal through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the third-party defendants-appellants' brief for each appeal in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and they will be argued or submitted on the same date.
