Appeal from a judgment os the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 20, 2020. Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue his prior motion to dismiss the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 9, 2020. Separate motion by the respondent for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to reargue the prior motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
