Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 20, 2019, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2020, as untimely taken. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 18, 2020.
