DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Leonard Buddington, Jr., for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Buddington was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 10, 1992. By decision and order of this Court dated May 10, 2004, Mr. Buddington was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including proof of timely passage of the MPRE, as required by 22 NYCRR 1240.16(b), and proof of timely completion of the requisite number of CLE credits in accordance with 22 NYCRR 691.11(a) or a request for deferral pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.11(a).
