Appeal by Michael J. Stopanio from a purported order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, entered November 10, 2020. By order to show cause dated December 30, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order entered November 10, 2020, was issued in the above-entitled proceedings.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
