Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 22, 2021. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the Suffolk County Clerk from cancelling the notice of pendency in the above-entitled action and to enjoin the respondent and/or Salvatore Norberto from selling or mortgaging the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
