Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a portion of a determination of the Commissioner of the New York State Division of Human Rights dated June 29, 2017, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated July 29, 2020. Motion by the petitioner, in effect, for leave to reargue the proceeding.
