DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 29, 2020, and August 25, 2020, respectively. Motion by the respondent New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to serve and file its brief via NYSCEF is extended until March 29, 2021, and the respondent New York State Department of Environmental Conservation shall file an original and five hard copies of its brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
