It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to the extent that it seeks to vacate the dismissal is granted, the appeal shall be perfected on or before June 2, 2021, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion to the extent that it seeks to withdraw as counsel is denied without prejudice to renew.
