Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 19, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 23, 2020, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until January 22, 2021. The appeal has not been perfected.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules and decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 23, 2020 (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
