Appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, all dated December 16, 2019. Motion by the petitioner-respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by Jean C. D. for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by petitioner-respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time for the petitioner-respondent to serve and file a brief is extended, on or before April 12, 2021, the petitioner-respondent shall serve a brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the petitioner-respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Jean C.D. is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]), the time for Jean C. D. to serve and file a brief is extended, on or before April 12, 2021, Jean C. D. shall serve a brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and Jean C. D. shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
