Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 23, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated August 19, 2020, and separate appeal from an order of the same court entered November 21, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this court also dated August 19, 2020. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals, extend the time to make a motion for leave to reargue the appeals or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decisions and orders of this Court, and, upon extending the time to make the motion, to grant that relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to make a motion for leave to reargue or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied, with $100 costs.
