| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 15, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay the above-referenced appeal pursuant to an Order of Ancillary Receivership of the Supreme Court, New York County, dated December 16, 2020, which was issued upon motion by the Attorney General of the State of New York following entry of an Agreed Order of Liquidation with a Finding of Insolvency of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, County Department, Chancery Division, dated August 11, 2020, which, inter alia, placed nonparty American Country Insurance Company into liquidation proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is stayed pending further order of this Court.
