| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 22, 2020. Motion by the defendants Richard Resnik and Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, for leave to file a brief as respondents on the appeal and a supplemental record containing certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 16, 2021, the defendants Richard Resnik and Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a brief and a supplemental record containing the affirmation of Eddy Salcedo, dated September 27, 2019, with annexed exhibits, and the defendants Richard Resnik and Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief and the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
