Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 6, 2019, and an order of the same court dated June 9, 2020. By decision and order on application of this Court dated January 15, 2021, leave to appeal from the order was denied and by decision and order on motion of this Court decided herewith, the appeal from the order was dismissed. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals.
