Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 23, 2019. Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the appellant's appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until April 1, 2021, and upon payment of the filing fee, the appellant's appendix and brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court will be accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
