Motion by the Town of Brookhaven to calendar the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated September 5, 2019, with the appeal from the order dated October 10, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated September 5, 2019, will be calendared together with the appeal from the order October 10, 2019, and the appeals and cross appeal will be argued or submitted on the same date.
