Motion by Natural Therapy Acupuncture, P.C., as assignee of Jermaine Brickhouse, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 30, 2020, which denied its motion for leave to reargue its opposition to a motion to impose a sanction upon its counsel, which was determined by an order of the same court dated November 21, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated November 21, 2019. Application, in effect, by Omni Indemnity Company to impose sanctions upon Natural Therapy Acupuncture, P.C., as assignee of Jermaine Brickhouse, or upon its counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied without prejudice to making a motion for the relief sought.
