ORDERED that the order of this court dated September 21, 2020, which withdrew the appeal of Veraso Medical Supply Corp. and the cross-appeal of Tri State Consumers Ins. Co, is hereby recalled and vacated only to the extent that the appeal by Veraso Medical Supply Corp. is reinstated, and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's brief is deemed timely filed and the appeal perfected, and respondent may serve and file a respondent's brief within 21 days of the date of this decision and order on motion, and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant, if it be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days of service upon it of the respondent's brief.
