The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Laura A. Smith, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to vacate so much of an order of this court dated December 14, 2020 as, upon striking from the appeal calendar an appeal from judgments of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered January 23, 2018, in effect conditioned the restoration of the appeal upon making the minutes of oral argument part of the record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
