184 Kent Owner, LLC, Respondent, v Nicholas J. Maggipinto and Corey M. Briskin, Appellants.

Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 8, 2019. Appellants move to vacate the Order on Application dated September 28, 2020 issued by the court, and upon vacatur, to strike respondent's brief. In the alternative, appellants seek leave to file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the Order on Application dated September 28, 2020, and upon vacatur, to strike respondent's brief is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to file a reply brief is granted, and the reply brief annexed to appellants' motion papers are deemed served and filed.
