The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v M. M. Telcom Corp. and Michael Marom, Appellants.

Motion by appellants for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, rendered April 24, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated October 8, 2020, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from this court's decision and order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

A certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from an order of this court "may be issued only by a judge of the court of appeals" (see CPL 460.20 [2] [b]).
