DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 8, 2020. Motion by the appellant CP VI Crown Heights, LLC, for an expedited briefing schedule and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals. Separate motion by the appellants Laurie Cumbo, Winston R. Von Engle, Department of City Planning of City of New York, New York City Planning Commission, Marisa Lago, New York City Department of Buildings, and City of New York for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the appellant CP VI Crown Heights, LLC, which is for an expedited briefing schedule is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the appellant CP VI Crown Heights, LLC, which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals and the motion by the appellants Laurie Cumbo, Winston R. Von Engle, Department of City Planning of City of New York, New York City Planning Commission, Marisa Lago, New York City Department of Buildings, and City of New York for that relief are granted and the appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
