DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 28, 2020, an order of the same court entered May 19, 2020, and a judgment of the same court entered May 26, 2020. Motion by the appellant to direct the respondents to place the sum of $9,443,550 in escrow, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
