Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 4, 2017, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 30, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel, for the purpose of submitting an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
