Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 31, 2017, which was determined by decision and order dated December 9, 2020. Motion by the defendant third-party plaintiff-appellant and the third-party plaintiffs-appellants for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 27, 2018, which dismissed their cross appeal for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 26, 2018, and to reinstate the cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
