Motion by Marc Fishman, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV Part), dated March 4, 2021, to stay enforcement of a stated portion of that order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order as well as appeals from five orders of the same court dated July 16, 2019, October 2, 2019, October 30, 2019, and June 5, 2020 (two orders), respectively, and to recuse the Justice presiding in the above-entitled proceedings. Separate motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Marc Fishman and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the children and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), the time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeals from the orders dated July 16, 2019, October 2, 2019, October 30, 2019, and June 5, 2020, is extended, and on or before April 7, 2021, the attorney for the children shall serve a brief and upload digital copies of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the attorney for the children shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
