DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION ts.

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2020. Motion by the appellants Jeffrey David Mayer and Jeffrey Mayer M.D., P.C., inter alia, to extend the time to perfect the appeals. Separate motion by Zalman Danziger and Esther Danziger to extend the time to perfect their appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the appellants Jeffrey David Mayer and Jeffrey Mayer M.D., P.C., is granted to the extent that the appellants Jeffrey David Mayer and Jeffrey Mayer M.D., P.C., the appellant Lutheran Medical Center, and the appellant Ezra Medical Center shall serve, and upload, with proof of service thereof, digital copies of, the joint record and their respective briefs on or before April 26, 2021, and the appellants Jeffrey David Mayer and Jeffrey Mayer M.D., P.C., the appellant Lutheran Medical Center, and the appellant Ezra Medical Center shall file an original and five hard copies of the joint record and their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Zalman Danziger and Esther Danziger is denied as premature.
