| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 11, 2021. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeal and to extend the briefing deadlines set forth in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect the appeal by serving and filing the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief via NYSCEF on or before April 5, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their brief via NYSCEF on or before April 19, 2021, and the respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of their brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief via NYSCEF on or before April 30, 2021, and the appellants shall file an original and five hard copies of the reply brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
