| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, entered October 14, 2020. Motion by the respondent to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 20, 2020, and to dismiss the appeal. Cross motion by the appellant, in effect, to amend so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 20, 2020, as conditioned the stay upon the perfection of the appeal by February 18, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 20, 2020, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "February 18, 2021," and substituting therefor the date "April 26, 2021."
