DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 30, 2020, and January 11, 2021, respectively. Motion by Steven J. Chaikin, 420 Riverside Ave., Ste. 199, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520, counsel assigned to represent the respondent Frank Cook by the Supreme Court, Kings County, to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel to represent the respondent Frank Cook.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the former assigned counsel for respondent Frank Cook is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for respondent Frank Cook to respond to the appeals:
