Appeal and cross appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 4, 2021. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 10, 2021, the appeal was dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the cross appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no cross appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
