Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 24, 2020. Motion by the appellants-respondents to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file the joint record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants-respondents' brief via NYSCEF is extended until May 28, 2021, and the appellants-respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of the joint record or appendix and the appellants-respondents' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
