Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 7, 2018. Motion by the respondents, in effect, to set a date for the serving and filing of the respondents' brief based on an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York dated May 28, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents shall serve and file the respondents' brief via NYSCEF on or before April 28, 2021, and the respondents shall file an original and five hard copies of the respondents' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
