| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 21, 2017, and May 1, 2017, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 27, 2020. By order to show cause dated January 15, 2021, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 4, 2020, which, inter alia, directed that the appellants upload a digital copy of a replacement appellants' brief on or before October 5, 2020.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied on condition that on or before April 13, 2021, the appellants upload a digital copy of the replacement appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
