Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered January 3, 2020 and for a stay.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before May 14, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by May 14, 2021, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
