DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 29, 2018, and January 23, 2019, respectively. Joint motion by the plaintiffs-respondents to strike the appellants' replacement brief and replacement reply brief and dismiss the appeals or, in the alternative, to direct the filing of a replacement brief and to impose sanctions upon counsel for the appellants.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the plaintiffs-respondents' time to serve and file replacement briefs is extended, and on or before April 30, 2021, the plaintiffs-respondents shall serve their respective replacement briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
