Appeal from order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 22, 2019, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) and to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, which was denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
